We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP files. STL is the most common and works perfectly. If you have a different format, just ask - we can often convert it at no extra charge.
Send it and we'll check for free. Common issues include non-manifold geometry, walls that are too thin, or features smaller than 0.2mm. We'll flag anything before printing and can offer design advice.
Standard orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment and file approval. Express options can reduce this to same-day or next-day dispatch. All orders include tracked shipping.
Yes - support removal is included as standard on all orders. We take care to avoid marking your parts.
Our maximum single build volume is 102.4 × 57.6 × 165 mm. For larger objects we can print in sections to be joined. Contact us and we'll advise on the best split strategy for your model.
